1. We Do Not Sell Your Financial Calculator Data
Important: All calculator inputs on FinProUSA.com home price, loan amount, income, interest rate, tax, insurance, etc. are processed 100 percent in your browser. They are not sent to our servers, not stored, not logged, and not sold. We cannot see them. This is by design.
2. What Personal Information We Collect
For transparency, per CCPA categories:
- Category A – Identifiers: IP address may be truncated or anonymized, device ID from cookies
- Category D – Commercial Information: None collected by us
- Category F – Internet Activity: Pages viewed, time spent, clicks, referring site via Google Analytics 4
- Category G – Geolocation: Approximate location from IP city or region level, not precise
- We do NOT collect: Name, email, address, SSN, bank account, biometric, or financial calculator inputs unless you email us voluntarily.

Purpose: 1) Keep site secure and working, 2) Understand which calculators are useful analytics, 3) Show advertisements via Google AdSense to keep tools free.
4. Do We Sell or Share Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
However, under CCPA CPRA, sale and share includes sharing cookie identifiers like _gads, IDE, DoubleClick with advertising partners such as Google AdSense for personalized advertising. This may be considered a sale or share.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of this sale or share.
5. How to Opt Out – Do Not Sell or Share
You can opt out at any time, free of charge:
- Option 1 – Global Privacy Control GPC: Enable GPC in your browser Brave, Firefox, DuckDuckGo. We automatically honor GPC as a valid opt out signal for sale or share.
- Option 2 – Google Ads Settings: Visit Google Ads Settings and turn off Personalized Ads. This stops Google from using your cookie for personalized ads on our site.
- Option 3 – Industry Opt Out: aboutads.info/choices – opt out from many ad networks at once.
- Option 4 – Email Us: Email contact@finprousa.com with subject Do Not Sell Request. Include your state California and we will opt you out within 15 days.
After opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be non personalized and not based on your browsing behavior.
6. Your Rights Under CCPA CPRA
- Right to Know: What personal information we collected in last 12 months and why.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of log data associated with you IP logs, analytics. We cannot delete calculator inputs because we never collected them.
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Share: As described above.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Info: We do not collect sensitive personal information SSN, precise location, etc.
- Right to Non Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights – you will still have access to all free calculators.
7. How to Submit a Request

Please include: a) Your state of residence, b) Description of request, c) Email for response. We may need to verify your IP or browser to match logs. No account needed.
Response Time: We will respond within 45 days, with possible 45 day extension if needed, as allowed by law.
8. Authorized Agent
You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you and we may need to verify your identity directly.
9. Minors
We do not knowingly collect or sell personal information of minors under 16. Our site is not intended for children under 13.
10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in law or our practices. We will update Last Updated date above.
